The RED MILLS Team were delighted to pop in to visit Anna where we chatted about her horses and what products are most suitable for her.

Darling

Darling partnered Anna to victory in a thrilling finish in the Andrews Bowen Arena. Their jump-off time of 36.04 seconds secured a win by more than five seconds from Phillip Miller and Roulette H. Little Dee is the smallest horse in Anna’s yard and just seven years old. She is by Douglas out of an Oklund mare. The stable star was bought from Holland and has a laid back attitude. The combination have had extremely consistent results in this year. Together they finished the season by winning a class each week for five weeks, at home and abroad in France and Spain.

Stabled alongside ‘Little Dee’ are Anna’s other competition horses Blazer B, Chesterfield Z and Tahiclaud who are all ridden solely by her both at home and in competition. The results of these horses has helped Anna break into Great Britain’s Top 20 in Showjumping rankings where she is now in 17th position.

Blazer B (Mr B)

Full of character the nine year old by Tombola, has a great partnership with Anna and is definitely her top horse. The striking 17.3 bay was placed second in the seven year old finals in Valencia, Spain and qualified for the famous Horse and Hound Foxhunter Championship (the class for all up and coming young horses of the future) in 2013. Blazer B is now jumping CSI Grand Prix’s and was placed fourth in the Millstreet 3* GP in 2014 as an eight year old, this year Blazer B went on to win at world ranking classes. He was second in the Scope 2* GP and showed his consistency in Mijas coming second, fourth and sixth in the three 2* Grand Prix’s throughout October and November. The pair were also shortlisted for Nations Cup Team’s this year so 2016 should be his year to shine.

Chesterfield Z (Chester)

He finished second in a highly competitive Winter Championship final in 2014 and went on to win numerous classes in both the UK and Europe, one of his biggest wins was the NAF Superflex Championship held at the Hartpury Spectacular. In 2015, Chester really showed his amazing turn of speed by winning the Small Grand Prix at, Wales CSI 2*, Keysoe 2*, Mijas 2* and Scope 2*. Chester is most definitely one to watch in a jump off!!

Tahiclaud (Claud)

The stunning liver chestnut stallion by Kasmir is just six years old and is already turning heads. Having arrived in May of this year, Claud has been placed in Grand Prix’s (in his respective age group) in Austria, Spain and the UK. Claud is a very promising young horse, he will take time to mature due to his size but he is most definitely one to watch over the next few years.
