RED MILLS to sponsor at Tattersalls 201218th April 2012
Tattersalls Ireland today announced Connolly’s RED MILLS as new sponsors at the International Horse Trials, 31st May – 3rd June. The Kilkenny based feed company will sponsor the CCI** Under 25 Class at the 2012 International Horse Trials and Country Fair. Dog lovers at the event will also be delighted to hear Connolly’s RED MILLS will sponsor the RED MILLS Arena which will host the ever popular dog competition and pony rides over the weekend. The novelty dog show is always a hit with spectators and this year RED MILLS have a few surprises up their sleeve with dog obedience, agility and maybe even some pooch grooming on the cards.

The Tattersalls International Horse Trials and Country Fair in association with Horse Sport Ireland continues to grow. The main shopping village is sold out and we have a number of new initiatives which should appeal to the growing audience. Amongst some of the new activities are a vintage car and tractor display, a working farm demo from Moynalty Steam Treshing, a falconry display and an extended kiddie area. We also have new caterers in the main restaurant, a Country Market and a Priority Parking area. We strive to improve the event year on year and will be announcing a number of new concepts as the event draws closer.”
The Tattersalls International Horse Trials and Country Fair, Ireland’s premier International Three Day Event will take place over the June Bank Holiday weekend (May 31st – June 3rd, 2012). The sport Eventing combines three equestrian disciplines Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping. At Tatts 2012 Dressage takes place on Thursday and Friday, Cross Country on Saturday with Cross Country and Show Jumping on Sunday. Tatts 2012 will combine world class Eventing (the ultimate test in horsemanship) with the bustle of a country fair. With over 50 shopping stands, locally produced food, picnic areas and old fashioned carnival stands, the entire family will get to see world class Eventing and some of the world’s most fearsome Olympian’s up close and personal, while enjoying all the fun of the fair.
